Terms of use

The rules for using Anonfile: fair use, retention windows, your files.

By using Anonfile you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them — they are short on purpose.

1. The service

Anonfile is a free file-sharing service. Guests can upload files up to 1 GB (kept 30 days); registered users up to 10 GB (kept 60 days). Every download extends a file by +3 days up to its tier window — files that keep being downloaded stay online; neglected files are deleted after their window ends. There are no paid plans.

2. Acceptable use

You may not upload or share content that:

  • is illegal where you live or where the service operates;
  • infringes copyright, trademark or any other right of others;
  • is malware, or is used to attack, harass or defraud anyone;
  • is sexual content involving minors — we report these to the authorities.

We may remove files and suspend accounts that break these rules or the law.

3. Your files

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You are responsible for what you share and for keeping copies of anything important — the retention windows above are final.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonfile is not liable for lost files, lost profits or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
