Anonfile respects copyright and responds to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a notice

If you believe content on Anonfile infringes your copyright, send a notice through our contact page including:

• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• the exact file URL on Anonfile;
• your contact information (name, address, e-mail);
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

Valid notices are actioned promptly: the reported file is disabled or deleted and the uploader (when one exists) is notified. Repeat infringers lose access to the service.

Counter-notice

If your file was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact channel. We will review and restore the file if the matter resolves or the claimant does not pursue it.
